How to Order

To place an order with our company, please do the following;

Call us at either, phone number, 212.302.2332 or 212.382.2788. If you are requesting swatches (we DO NOT have 'swatch books' or 'catalogs' but do  provide swatches), please be as specific as possible. Use the terminology provided in the ‘guidance’ section while referencing colors in the material links to the left, while on the 'home page.'

With regard to the pricing of our items, please see the 'Guidance' section. In short, please call or email us, referencing an item, and we will provide a quote. Thank you for your understanding. 

You may put together a list of 6 or less swatches of interest that will be sent for a flat rate of 5.00 US dollars. Additional swatches can be added to this request at an additional .50 cents per swatch. If this is an international request, a different fee will apply, depending upon location. 


With credit card transactions, we will ask for the following 6 pieces of information. You can provide all of these details in an email to expedite the process but please DO NOT EMAIL US CARD INFORMATION. This is the final portion of the order and will be requested over the phone, after there is a final and clear understanding of the purchase and related costs. Please keep in mind that an online order will always be shipped the day after a purchase occurs.

Expiration date
Security Code (CVV – 3 or 4 numbers on the back side of the card, usually following the last four digits repeated from the front of the card)
Address where the card is billed to (does it match the shipping address, if not, needs explanation)
Contact phone number


Shipping is done through UPS or FedEx and will be sent ‘regular ground’ if not requested otherwise. The cost will be based on location, weight and time. We will not ship to post office boxes. Shipments go out up until 3 PM eastern standard time, Monday through Friday.
