How to Order
To place an order with our company, please do the following;

If you are requesting swatches: (We DO NOT have 'swatch books' or 'catalogs' but we do provide swatches), please be as specific as possible. Use the terminology provided in the ‘guidance’ section while referencing colors in the material links to the left, while on the 'home page.'
With regard to the pricing of our items, please see the 'Guidance' section. In short, please call or email us, referencing an item, and we will provide a quote. Thank you.
For DOMESTIC customers you may put together a list of up to 10 swatches of interest that will be sent for a flat rate of 12.00 US dollars. INTERNATIONAL requests must be sent through a customer-provided FedEx or UPS account - so we can track the package. If this is an INTERNATIONAL request, a different fee will apply, depending upon location. All swatch purchases must be provided by FAX @ 212.730.2486 or by PHONE @ 212.302.2332. PLEASE DIRECT SWATCH INQUIRIES TO 'LEATHERFACTS@MSN.COM.' THANK YOU.
With CREDIT CARD transactions, we will ask for the following 6 pieces of information. You can provide all of these details in an email to expedite the process but please DO NOT EMAIL US CARD INFORMATION - it is not secure to do so. This is the final portion of the order and will be requested over the phone, after there is a final and clear understanding of the purchase and related costs. Please keep in mind that an online order will always be shipped the day after a purchase occurs.

Shipping is done through UPS or FedEx and will be sent ‘regular ground’ if not requested and paid for - additional services. The cost will be based on location, weight and time. We will not ship to post office boxes. Shipments go out up until 3 PM eastern standard time, Monday through Friday.
