Patent leather appears, almost like glass or plastic. This is achieved by applying glossy clear coats of oils and synthetic resins over the dyed hides. We sell patent hides in various weights/thicknesses and do also have 'wrinkled' and other 'embossed' patterns with clear patent finish in many colors.  Lamb, cow and pig are all available.
