Pig suede is sold in garment weight. This generally means that it is thin enough for light clothing but can be supported by other materials, to be used where durability is an issue. Although it not as flowing and soft as lamb suede, it is unique in the way that it retains less stretch and is tougher in nature, than its lamb counterpart, even when tanned in lighter weight/thickness.
